We offer premium, antibiotic-free and grass-fed lamb from Dorper and Katahdin hair sheep. Hair sheep have much lower lanolin level which translates to a milder flavor and can be prepared in a wider variety of options. We offer all sizes of lamb. We raise cornish cross straight-run on pasture grass with a wild clover and plantain supplement. Feed ration is certified non-GMO. These birds have never seen medication. They don't need to, they're on a heavy dose of chlorophyll. Birds are finished on pasture at around 8 weeks and generally weigh out dressed between 6 and 8 pounds.
We raise a mess of open-door barn chickens and ducks in a number of varieties. These birds have first pick at bugs, grass and flowers in season. They also help out a lot cleaning up what comes out of the kitchen!
